CQP status
will be available to Members and Fellows who formally agree to one extra
requirement in addition to the Code of Conduct: to
plan and undertake continual professional development and keep records of the
following and submit them on request from the CQI if selected as part of the
sampling:

personal learning objectives for the coming year
?span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> plan and
record of learning activities and outcomes
?span style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> assessment of
the extent to which learning objectives have been achieved over the past year
Those Members
and Fellows who make this commitment will be able to refer to themselves as
Chartered Quality Professionals and use the post nominal letters as follows.
Chartered Fellow - FCQI CQP
Chartered Member - MCQI CQP
